Returns & Refunds
You have 14 days after receiving your order to return your items for a full refund. If you wish to return an item, please email us at: [email protected]
To be eligible for a full refund, returned items must be unworn, in perfect condition, and in their original packaging.

All returned items must be in their original condition: unworn, unaltered, and undamaged.

All returned items must be complete, including all original tags and/or packaging.

Returns must be shipped in a padded envelope of the same specifications as the one received.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. Unless the product you ordered is faulty, we do not cover the cost of the return shipping. You must use a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance, as we cannot otherwise guarantee that we will receive your returned items.
Once we receive your returned item(s), we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, you will automatically receive a refund receipt via email, and the credit will be applied to your original payment method within the next 5 working days.
